Handyman special. Peaceful location by a nice house and across the street from a church. Vacant. Needs some tlc but, as the roof is decent, once some work is done, it would be nice. We fixed the main water line with a new valve. We started to change it from a duplex back into a single family dwelling. The 4 arctic blasts took a toll on it and we had a 50-mph gale that blew some exterior siding and fascia off. No furnace. I need money, so I'd like to sell this handyman special by July. Price is set reasonably low. You put in $10 grand, and you'll have a $85,000 home.
