Many of the original features of the house have been delightfully preserved. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing experience with its cozy living room, convenient kitchen-dining area, and your own front porch & entryway. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings and comes complete with a King-sized bed (which is an organic latex mattress), dresser, desk, walk-in closet, bathroom with a tub/shower unit. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The sofa in living room is a daybed so can be used for an additional guest. The apartment overlooks over a private backyard and the lovely gardens of the main house. There are 2 brand new high-efficiency heating/AC units in the apartment so you have control of your own room temperature. The kitchenette has a induction cooking surface and convection microwave and is stocked with basic essentials for cooking such as pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas stove, and frig. There are also cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, and spices stocked.
