Please understand that the Zillow estimate is arbitrary and totally useless. I have laughed as I have watched the value increase $30,000 and then drop $40,000 while renovations are underway and the property has never been listed. This home is currently undergoing a total remodel and will be on the market sometime soon. If I could exclude it from Zillow, I would.
