El Toro House is a newly renovated home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's backyard is right along the resaca which provides a peaceful scenery and 5 o'clock fishing. The property is laid out so nicely that it accommodates a comfy yet luxurious RV on a concrete pad, called El Toro RV Site. This site alongside the home has been created to help someone in the transition of relocating for SpaceX. However, it is open to consider other types of prospects! Our unique guest will need 1-3 months in our RV site while they settle into a new town, a new career at SpaceX and allow for search of their new-more permanent home. If this is you, please reach out with all of your questions. We'd love to help you! 1-3 Months Rental; Max is 6 months depending on situation. Utilities: water, electric, sewer included in rate. Propane refills are paid by renter. Parking access Packages can be received. No regular mail - Must have PO Address for regular mail. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am Backyard access hours are 7am - 10pm No smoking inside the unit Any maintenance needed must be reported immediately RV does not leave site pad PAYMENTS: Our preferred method of payment is Zelle, but we also except cash, check, money order. FEES: Late fees are $10 a day starting on the 2nd day followed by a 1 day vacate notice if full amount is not paid. If balance is still not paid after the 1 day, then you will be asked to vacate the unit immediately. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $150.00 security deposit is required, which may be refunded upon departure from the site if no damage has been done AND guest gives at least 7 days notice prior to leaving. Deposit will be refunded by Zelle (instant refund). Guest must notify us via text, email or mail within 7 days requesting their deposit back. SEPTIC SYSTEM: No objects can be flushed into the septic system to include tissues, disposable diapers, wipes, paper towels, napkins, tampons, cotton balls, pads, condoms, grease, coffee grounds, food or any other product that is not septic grade approved. ZERO TOLERANCE: We have a zero tolerance for any kind of criminal activity. No altercations between guests or anyone. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITIES: While the Management and Owners of the RV site strive to assure the safety of the Guests and the property, they are not responsible for losses due to fire, theft, flooding, or any accidents. You the Guest are hereby notified that you assume personal risk in such matters. For any accident or injury on any RV site, the Guest of such RV shall indemnify and hold management harmless of any and all claims by any person(s). DISCLOSURE: As a privately-owned RV site we reserve the right to refuse admittance or service to anyone at any time and will not be responsible for any accidents that occur on the property.
