Available for early move-in RENT: $650 / month for the entire apartment (so $325 per person, if you have a partner or a roommate!) if you rent the apartment for the entire year. $800 for the entire apartment to rent it for a semester. DEPOSIT: $850 SPACE: 700 sq. ft. total, one bedroom is 10 ft. by 11 ft., the other is 10 ft. by 9 ft. AMENITIES: hardwood floors in the living area, carpeting in the bedrooms, spiral staircase, central heating and air, fridge, microwave, electric stove/oven, [new!] dishwasher, and plenty of closer space. LOCATION: Five minute walk to downtown Urbana, less than fifteen minute walk from campus, Green Line bus stop right out the front door, Gold/Silver Lines stop a block away. UTILITIES: Not included (we typically split ~$35 for water, ~$75 for electricity between the two of us) PARKING: Off-street parking included LAUNDRY: coin-operated machines in building (you have to go around the back) PET FRIENDLY: cats and small dogs allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet fee FURNISHINGS: While the apartment is unfurnished, we can leave our couch, armchair, table, bed, and dresser for you if you prefer. OTHER NOTES: We're moving out in early June, so if you want to sublet this summer so you can move in early, that's also an option!
