We provide city guides, maps, plenty of tips...and do what we need to do to ensure a great living experience. The quiet 1935 house that everybody loves offers a beautiful porch w/ chairs. One new AC unit in each room, for efficiency. Classy wooden floors. A garden to chill, to grow veggies, to read and relax on a hammock. To have a celebration listening to tropical birds. -The place is very clean and well maintained. Known for its tropical lush vegetation, Coconut Grove offers everything to the visitor, from art walks and outdoor dinning, to sailing regattas and unique festivals. From its beginnings in the late 1800 s, this magical place has attracted artists, writers, musicians, business people and free spirits alike. And it is close to everything.
