As of January 1, 2022: INSIDE: Improved and remodeled the look of this beautiful house both inside and out from it's original 1985 look to reflect a more modern looking home. The Kitchen cabinets were refaced with new countertops and back splash. Replaced all Kitchen appliances with new stainless appliances. FYI: Plans are to totally replace the cabinets depending on current inflation and costs. All walls, ceilings, doors and door jams have been painted. Baseboards throughout the house have been replaced. Both Bathrooms have all been totally remodeled and upgraded. Replaced all windows and replaced the original French doors leading to the deck and backyard with Sliding Glass doors presenting a nicer look and better security. Original carpet was replaced throughout the house with the exception of Ceramic tile flooring located in the following areas: Front door entrance hallway, Garage/Utility Closet hallway entrance, Sliding Glass entrance to the backyard and Kitchen. Both Bathrooms flooring with the waterproof wood flooring. The attic is fully insulated with a partial deck located at the garage access. Access can be gained from the garage (ladder installed) and from the front spare bedroom. All Termite Inspections have come up a negative presence of termites. Foreseeable indoor improvements: Remodel all closets, repair and replace garage walls and ceiling, flooring in main entranceway and kitchen, Replace chandelier in dining room, Install recessed lighting in all bedrooms and living room area. Plan is to try an put more covered deck in the attic but, not a major concern. OUTSIDE: Capable of parking four cars. Two in the garage and two on the driveway. The exterior of the house has a brick front with new Vinyl Siding that has been re-sided since the purchase of the house in 2007. The roof was replaced in summer 2022. Front lawn is St Augustine Bermuda grass with the Backyard being a mixture of Bermuda and Fescue grass. The lawn has been under the care of TruGreen Chemlawn since 2010 but is manicured and cut by myself. The front yard is adorned with six Premier Azalea bushes that bloom 3 times a year surrounded by a brick boarder and Red Mulch. The back yard consists of a newly replaced six foot tall privacy fence on both sides of the house. Am not replacing the back portion of the fence for now because it gives the yard a very nice aesthetic view. Installed new 10x10 ft. wood shed with double doors. Had 5 trees removed for the preservation of the lawn and alleviate the issue of leaves and gumballs. There is a large deck that was already there when I bought the house. Not sure when the deck was constructed but, the wood is in great shape showing not rotting or termite issues. In 2021 I resurfaced and resealed the deck with the plans of possibly replacing it in 2023 and enlarging it to support a Hot Tube. The gutters were replaced shortly after I purchased the house and are in great shape.
