Rent includes hot water, water, sewer, trash removal, and snow removal. The tenant is responsible for heat, electricity, and gas. Heat is electric. Applicants must have a verifiable gross income of ~2.5x rent, a credit score of at least 600, solid employment history, positive landlord references, at least one year of rental history, and no co-signers, felony background, or eviction history. Due at signing: first month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit, and proof of renter's insurance. At the time of move-in, electric meter assignment may still be in process. During this time the owner will cover electric and gas cost. Once Electric and gas meters are set up tenant/s agree to set up their own electric account and be responsible for their electric bill. Access to building Wi-Fi is an additional $25 per month. Additional parking spot is $50.00 per month.
