The renovation of the apartment is just wrapping up. Its been an interesting design challenge-how to make 400 sq. ft. sing! More photos to come later this week as more work is completed. To preface-the interior is all new with great historic details-the apartment has huge windows tons of natural light all new Ikea kitchen and bath smart appliances and water saving plumbing fixtures refinished original 1870's pine floors and on and on-more photos will be available soon but come see it now. I can show the completed work and describe what details remain. The completed apartment will be ready to move in the last week of August to September 1.
