Up for rent is this awesome dirt cheap 1 bed, however, according to home depot, good dirt isn't all that cheap, but rest assured, this apartment is both good and cheap. You'd be hard pressed to find a dirtier cheaper apartment...that came out wrong. What I mean to say is LOOK NO FURTHER. Studios at this price rarely show their faces in the east village, albeit a bit on the older side, you'd be hard pressed to find anything else in the area for even close to this price. So be aware, this isn't the most glamorous apartment in the world, but if you're happy with a nice large 1 bedroom downtown with the right location and price, this is the deal for you.
