There is a 21' x 21', 2-car garage with a smaller storage room ideal for a second refrigerator or freezer, and a 19' x 8' “boat port” with exterior roll-up door, ideal for use as a workshop. The four bedrooms comprise a master with twin walk-in closets, huge master bath with whirlpool tub, shower, and twin vanities. There’s also access to the back porch. Bedroom 2 is a Jack-and-Jill, sharing a tub and toilet with Bedroom 4, each with it’s own vanity. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is perfect as a library, study room or office, and features ten-foot tall, custom-built bookcases. It opens to the outside through double doors, with an arched clerestory window. Bedroom 3 is on the other wing of the house, with its own bathroom and separate 5' x 3' shower. It’s an ideal space for a third adult family member. Finally, there is also a 15' x 15' carpeted bonus room with an arched dormer window above the garage, accessed by interior stairs.
