She loves cooking and sharing meals with whoever is living there. If you like to walk she would love to join you. My brother and I live in the area and are available to her when needed. A reduced rent which includes free food and gas in exchange for driving my sweet and generous mom to her exercise classes 3 times a week, doing food shopping ( you will be given a debit card) taking garbage out and laundry. She is looking for a responsible woman who is caring and has a kind heart. A reliable car is a must. No smoking on property. No loud noise
