The first thing that struck me about this condo is how quiet it is. I have been in few places where there has been such total sound separation from the world outside. It calmed me immediately. The second is that I am overlooking a driving range and golf course out every window and from the screen porch. The screen porch is part of the building so I can critique golf swings and not have anyone notice me. The third thing is that everything is like new. The condo is a year old. All the floors, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, closets are just like they were when this owner moved in. But the best part for me is that the garage is attached. Car is clean and warm in the morning. You just back out and go. When you get home, it is less than 25 steps from the car to the kitchen cabinets
