Welcome to my tropical guest house! The building is a new construction built in 2025.
Peaceful and centrally located, ideal for relaxation and easy access to explore historic Sarasota and the beaches. A quick drive, bike or a short walk to downtown Sarasota, Selby Botanical Garden and Pineapple Street antique shops. 1.5 miles to Sarasota Bay. 3.5 miles to St Armands Circle and Lido Beach. 6.5 miles to Siesta Key. And two blocks from the Legacy biking trail and Payne Park.
The guesthouse has an open-plan layout with a separate, private bedroom and bathroom. White interior with full of natural light. You can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee, read.
Driveway parking available for two cars. One small size pet is welcome.
Minimum 5 month rent. We charge $2000 per month plus $500 security deposit. Electric included in the rent.
If it is a year or more rent we charge $1850 per month plus $500 security deposit. Electric included in the rent.
