Looking for someone to take my 1 Bedroom Apartment at Mill Pond Village in Salisbury, MD. Very spacious bedroom with full bath, 2 large closets, spacious living room, kitchen, and large deck. Also includes in-apartment washing machine/dryer, dish washing machine, 4 plate stove and full size oven. Includes community workout facility, pool and office space. I have only lived here for 7 months so it is very clean and has new carpet. Mill Pond Village is in the heart of N. Salisbury within a 5 minute drive to the mall, Wal-Mart, movie theater, various restaurants and shopping destinations. Water is $28.28 a month and electricity is usually around $60-$80 a month. My lease runs until July 15th where at the end of the lease you have the option to continue living here at the full price of rent. I currently pay $865 for rent but will only charge $650 a month for the remainder of my lease. I need to relocate for work so I am willing to negotiate on the price you would pay for the remainder of my lease.
