You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other tenant. The bathroom and kitchen were just completely remodeled. Non-smokers only and no pets allowed. You will need to provide your own bedding and towels. There will be 3 people in total living in the home. The house includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, wood burning fireplace, furnished living room and dining room, backyard patio, a garage (with a weight set and treadmill you can use) and outdoor shed where you can store your outdoor gear, and plenty of street parking. Details: $1200 rent per month all utilities included (water, power, natural gas, and internet) Security deposit $500 Each tenant must share in the upkeep of the common areas and with basic chores like taking trash and recycling out.
