If someone was to ask what I like the most about the house and the subdivision, it would be the neighbors. You could not ask for a better group of people. There is a community pool and walking trails. The subdivision is located in the FEMA Zone X, so the insurance is super low. I have never had water anywhere near my house. All the rain water drains quickly out of the yard.
