Private room in centrally located quiet neighborhood close to Costco, Walmart, Grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stops. There is a large shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room as well as a spacious family room. There is a fenced in back yard with covered patio and friendly neighbors. All one level, recent remodel with hardwood floors throughout and new paint in all the walls. This is a Month-to-month lease. We require first and last month, and the deposit is non-refundable. We have a short application to fill out, and have a lease agreement that needs to be signed that aligns with the rental laws of Utah. We don't allow smoking, alcohol, or parties on the premises. We strive to provide a peaceful safe place to reside for our tenants.
