The monthly rental amount is $885.00. but you get a $25.00 discount if you pay by the 3rd of each month. (So timely rent is $860). Shared wireless internet is included (but may not be strong signal. Current tenant obtained separate internet service). You pay your electric (about 50-80) and 1/3 of the water, sewer, and trash bill (your share will be about $35.) You can add cable tv if you like or we could reach agreement to share. The unit is furnished with sofa, dining table, queen bed, dresser, flat screen television, stove, microwave, apartment size refrigerator, and some dishes. Most everything you need. I suspect you would be looking at about $950.00 per month with electric, water, sewer, and trash. If you have a normal size vehicle, you will have a parking space in the driveway right at the foot of your stairs. Will require first month rent plus damage deposit of $400. and rent security deposit of $415. which is fully returnable. So you will need about $1700.00 to get started. There is no swimming pool (but an ocean of water only a block away.) Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit. A previous tenant was evicted for smoking in the unit, so if you are a smoker think twice. There is no balcony or patio (although we plan to share our large front patio if you like to sit outside). The rental would work best for an individual.
