Lots of potential for a pool, gate, privacy fence, etc. Minor cosmetics are required which I'm doing (mainly paint). I do not need to sell the home nor am I really motivated. I love where I live. But if you make the right cash offer, I'm out. Again, quiet neighborhood, very close to Atlantic Ave & Pineapple Grove.
