Once you move in to the assigned home, the reservation fee will be applied as the Security Deposit, fully refundable after the lease is fulfilled/pending no damage to the home/premises or rent/fee monies owed. In the event that you do not move into the home on the date of scheduled possession per your lease agreement/or all terms of your lease agreement are not fulfilled, the Reservation Binder is NON REFUNDABLE.)
