There is a washer and dryer in the basement that is shared with the renters on the other side of the house. Since only a wall divides the house it is important that you are a quiet person(s.) If you work downtown Santa Ana you could walk to work. There is no fenced in yard because the parking lot for cars is behind the house that was the yard.
