This is a WONDERFUL home...outside you feel like your in the national park, your only a hop and skip from Gatlinburg Parkway and the sounds of the rushing creek below you make you feel like your dreaming....inside tongue and groove wood thru out, lots of glass to take in the natural beauty- lots of decking to live outside, the inside was updated to make it modern and desirable and no sign of it's age..wood floors, cathedral ceilings lots of wood thru out...just a wonderful place to call home or put it on overnite rentals and with the location and the creek you'll do really well...never drive in Gatlinburg again just walk down to the parkway....just like living inside the national Park....I think it would make fantastic rental...creek sounds, surrounded by woods and no driving to town your already in town.....
