The cozy newly remodeled ground level studio is located just 0.3 mile (5 minute walk) to the beach. Lots of natural light with two bay facing windows; you may just catch a beautiful sunset while relaxing inside the studio or strolling down our quiet street in Sandbridge. The studio has been completely remodeled with new flooring, kitchenette, tile backsplash and new appliances. 5 Star Reviews for all short term rentals, will share reviews upon request. The kitchenette includes a convection/microwave oven, 2 top electric burner, 10 cubic foot fridge and small freezer (no ice maker, ice cube trays provided). You will have all the basic kitchen pots/pans and utensils to make simple meals. The studio includes a love seat for two, T.V. chair, queen bed, 4 drawer dresser and bathroom including a very roomy walk in tiled shower. Please note: no washer/dryer in unit. Previous tenants have conveniently used laundry mat or laundry services. The newly remodeled furnished studio is perfect for a Beach Rental. Currently available for a 7 month lease. Will consider shorter lease at a higher rate. Studio will go into high season short term rentals late May. $50/month all utilities flat rate. One time $75 cleaning fee.
