This charming one-bedroom apartment features a cozy den with a queen sofa bed and TV, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette/living space that opens to a private balcony overlooking a serene 2-acre pond. Step outside and down the stairs to enjoy direct lakefront access. Relax on the dock, take in stunning sunsets, or try your hand at catch-and-release fishing. We offer a furnished apartment with a standard 12-month lease (other lease terms may be available upon request). A security deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. No pets or other animals are permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Renters insurance is required for the duration of the lease, with proof of coverage required before move-in. All applicants are subject to background and credit screening.
