No pets and no smoking! It has central heat/air plus a supplemental window unit. A workshop (with power) and huge carport cover is included (20ft x 40ft). It will be available on September 1st. Rent is $650 per month plus $300 deposit. A tenant screening (credit, criminal, and eviction) will be required - no exceptions!
