The rear workshop is 20x36 with a 625 sq ft apartment above. Shop has front and rear covered work/storage decks. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen, and shower bathroom. Also has a 50 sq ft balcony on each end of apartment. Apartment is heated/cooled by 1.5 ton mini split heat pump. The property is fully fenced including cross fencing in back, creating a private kennel area and a large free ranging area for chickens and two large chicken houses.
