    885 square foot condo with large bedroom, an enclosed patio with closable glass sliders that can be a guest room or office space. Unit has an ensuite washer/dryer stack and a large bathroom with a roman style tub, and separate entrances from the hall and bedroom. There are two large closets between the bedroom and barhroom, and a smaller one in the living room. The unit is in the top floor of a three story building. The kichen counter and sink were redone last year, and the bathroom has a new toilet and flooring. The lamp in the dining area has been replaced with a ceiling fan. The pics are mostly pre-reno, but there are a couple with the new kitchen counter and black sink and new toilet and penny tile in the bathroom. There is central air-conditioning and heating, and also a fireplace which I have never used. The condo comes with one secure covered parking. Additional spaces are available to rent from other owners. Communal space is well maintained, and includes an interior reflecting pool, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and barbeque. There is an alley for moving and two elevators. The unit is across from Famosa Slough, one of the last protected wetlands in San Diego. There are walking paths and bird viewing. As such, the unit is very private. Grocery stores, Home Depot, and Target are 3-minutes drive. Liberty Station and Sunset Cliffs are about 10 minutes drive. It's about 20 minutes walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to Robb Field. Quick access to I-8, Nimitz Blvd and West Point Loma Blvd. Available September 1st, with viewing by appointment. One month's rent security deposit. Water and trash are included, tenant pays electricity and internet/cable. Military welcome. No pets, please. Renter to pay SDGE and cable/internet. Owner to pay for water. No Smoking, no pets. One year lease. Deposit due at lease signing.
