The complex has tennis courts, basketball courts and an outdoor swimming pool with a certified lifeguard. The pool is only open during the summer months. Free and unlimited use of all three facilities is included in the rent. An on-site complex manager is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (EST). Heat, water, hot water, sewer, trash collection (via a nearby dumpster) are included in rent. Electricity and air conditioning are not included in the rent, although a working in-wall air conditioner is in the main room of the unit. Cable and/or Wi-Fi are not included in the rent, but Comcast and Verizon are available and installed in the building.
