This might be the nicest location in Sun City Summerlin. It is on the Greenbelt, which is the best of both worlds, with the feeling of a huge backyard but no obligation to maintain any of it! It is also facing west, which might seem to be a small thing but in reality is a great benefit. It means your back patio is useful in the morning and in the afternoon. It rarely gets too warm to make use of the outdoor living space. You will also have great neighbors here. The next door neighbors are super nice and have great senses of humor. Right across the greenbelt is a guy who can give you advice on any building project you might undertake. My parents are also across the greenbelt and there are few (if any) people in the world as friendly and helpful as they are. I would live there myself if it weren't for the fact I have a farm to manage and I'm not yet old enough for Sun City! :-) If you think I am asking too much rent feel free to contact me anyway and hopefully I can convince you the place is worth it or we can agree to some other price. :-) But do note that the Zillow estimate of the value of this place is in accurate, and doesn't consider any comparables because there aren't very many places for rent in Sun City Summerlin.
