Full kitchen, wood floors, 50" TV, Internet, Cable TV, Fast WIFI, comfy queen bed, and a small private balcony. Walk to the Pier and shops 2 blocks away. No parking is included, but we can rent a parking space from a neighbor for $250 per month, also plenty of free parking all over. No onsite laundry either, unfortunately. Looking for a month-to-month (up to 3 months) rental, not a year term. Must have good credit and rental/work references. Sorry no pets We can do a month-to-month rental, or even just a single month. $2950 per month for the summer months. After September 1st the rent goes down to $2350 month. $150 exit cleaning fee Looking for quite professional person. We are not looking to rent long-term..1-3 months.
