We are both traveling abroad this winter and are looking to rent out our cozy 1BR apartment. We will be gone from Jan 9 - Feb 20 but dates are flexible on either end. Jan 1 move in is ok and Mar 1 move is also ok. Our place is modern, fully applianced (all cookware, plates etc stay), newly furnished, painted carpeted with central a/c and heat. Washer/Dryer in building with elevator. We are on the 5th floor and get pretty decent morning sun. 1 off street parking is included. Great location. Walk everywhere. 5min to Central T Red Line. All conveniences of Central Sq shopping just 1 block away. We have a king size bed with a brand new eco-gel mattress. Most of our furnishings are brand new. Some books and maybe clothes may stay, but that can be all worked out. Price includes everything: all utilities and wifi internet. We do not have a TV or cable service but if this is a deal breaker for you we can consider making arrangements. We love were we live. We would be happy if you did too. Please no more than 2 people.
