Washer and dryer is included in the unit... but any repairs is the responsibility of the tenants. We provide it operational at the beginning of the lease but no warranties on the units. THere is no ON SITE parking with this lease, but the CITY provides a city parking permit for tenants to park on street... all you need is to apply to the city (need a copy of signed lease) and they will allow registration for their city parking permits. We do have spots in a private parking lot attached to this building, and provide a discount to tenants- but please inquire once we work on the lease details about parking- if you are interested as this is a separate issue than from the lease. We also charge a CLEANING DEPOSIT as well as the normal Security deposit- this is not a fee.. but an addl deposit- the cleaner you leave the unit- at the end of the lease- the better. This Addl CLEANING DEPOSIT we collect at the beginning of the lease insures we have the proper funds to handle final turnover and allow good easy return of SECURITY deposit to the tenants if all things are handled well with lease at the end of term. Lease starts on AUG 3rd, 2026 thru July 30th, 2027 but we try to provide it earlier as close to AUgust 1, but no promises as we have to clean/prepare the unit for new tenants after current tenants leave on July 30. THis 4 day window provides us ample time to prepare it- we do anticipate to have it earlier if that is an issue we can solve.
