Town has deemed this to be NOT Substantially damaged so you don't have to raise it, so go ahead... have at it & get it before someone else does!The outside of this house is disgusting ...just look at the pictures...but it's 3BR 1.5BA & will be a great summer retreat for your friends & family. Lovingly called POS house because...I mean, look at it...but, there's a newer vinyl bulkhead, new baths, new roof, windows & floors, new central heat/air installed in the attic so it won't float away if there's another storm. But...OMG this house is sooo ugly at the moment! Look at the bigger picture, a few personal touches & siding and you're there...BOOM! You got a shore house...fagettaboudit! They can't even call you a Benny...EVER AGAIN! Convert the garage into a tiki bar & enjoy the shore life!
