Sausalito Houseboat. Lovely two story floating home. Two bedrooms, one bath. Beautiful kitchen. Walking distance to restaurants and bike path. Buses and Ferries nearby. Looking for 6 month lease that could extend to one year. The interior is very nicely designed and decorated. Bamboo and cork flooring, Bosch dishwasher. Sunken tub and shower. Everything is in really good shape. The bedroom picture is from my condo. That bedroom set can be moved to the houseboat if you like. The place is only partially furnished but is well equipped with kitchen ware etc. could be turnkey if a single size futon is acceptable. We will likely extend to one year lease. Negotiable. There is ample parking within about a half block walk down the pier from the parking lot. Very quiet, friendly safe neighborhood. We are planning to keep one small separate office space but it will be used infrequently and never early or late in the day. If that were a deal breaker we could make other arrangements. The laundry appliances are on the small side. There is a laundromat for large loads a block away. Mostly furnished but not currently set up for sleeping. The bedroom picture is from my spare bedroom. We can move that bedroom set to the houseboat if you like. It has been our office/creative space but we are paring back our business because of Covid.
