All 3 bedrooms are carpeted and there are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living room. This is good space for the money! This is a 12 month lease. Pets 25 pounds and under with approval and $250 pet deposit/fee each ($100 out of each is a non-refundable fee). We qualify tenant and then the property Owner does actual management of this unit.
