This is a quiet house with no parties, no students, and NO SMOKING. Professionally managed. We are pet friendly, as long as you have a quiet, well behaved pet. We cannot accept aggressive animals or breeds prohibited by the insurance company. Small fees apply: $150 one time pet fee and $25/month pet rent. The rent is $3,600/month and the lease has a reward clause for those who pay on time before noon on the 1st of the month, deduct $100 making the rent $3,500/month. The water, sewer and trash pick up are included in the rent. The gas and electric are separately metered and your cost is based on your usage. That should be very modest as everything is new and efficient and insulated. Applicants should have excellent credit and verifiable rental and employment histories. 1 month deposit is due with the submission of your application to hold the place off the market while we check your references.
