Shared spaces include: * an open-concept kitchen and living room, nicely furnished and with new appliances * a large deck off the kitchen with a view of the big backyard and surrounding woods * clean, heated garage for storage * laundry room with washer and dryer * mudroom with lots of storage for shoes and jackets * garden storage shed No smoking indoors. An additional cat or a dog would be welcome if they have the right temperament. I would add you to my lease which goes through May 2025.
