Hello this home is very cozy and great for a family to be. It’s our childhood home been in the family for over 50 years.we’ve all grown up in this home and it has been great to us. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 40 ft distance to a elementary school that we’ve all been to may I add the airport is 25 minute distance. If you are looking for a great quite neighborhood to start ur family then look no more you’ve found it.
