It has a sunny living room, a separate dining room, a giant kitchen, and a pretty small bedroom (but can still fit a queen bed). There is shared laundry with the landlords who live upstairs. The apartment includes one parking spot, plus residents can park without a parking pass on the street. There is a small, shared patio space out back. It is pet friendly with landlord approval. The lease goes through August 31, 2021. The start date is flexible anytime in the month of December through January. There is no broker fee. Tenants pay electric and gas, but internet is included in the rent. The price has been reduced from $2100 through the end of the lease.
