Hi guys! I'm looking for a roommate in my townhome! I am currently looking for a new female roommate. I'm looking for a young professional or student around my age (24). You would either be a single bedroom for a fully furnished room (1150) with a shared bathroom or an unfurnished room with a shared bathroom on the second floor! Third floor bedroom is available as well and have available space for an office with work from home jobs or guest room if interested as well! The townhome itself is located in union square!! It's a 4 bedroom/1.5 bath (half bath is on the first floor living room) The home is furnished for the the living room, kitchen, and dining room. In Union square so not very far from the John Hopkins hospital or other areas in the city. Furnished room: 1,200 including utilities Unfurnished room on first floor 1,000 including utilities. Unfurnished room on second floor : 850 ( does not have a bathroom on the level) I have a pup so I'm very pet friendly and she would love a companion to play with my pup. I'm looking for someone to do a month to month lease but am flexible with doing a long term lease as well!
