Freshly painted home added a new refrigerator, new window blinds, the entire home is laminated wood floors, newly used washer and dryer. Utilities will be paid by the tenant; which includes, Gas, electricity, and water. HOA fees will be paid by the landlord monthly. No smoking on the premises. Parking spaces are limited, and small pets will be allowed with a small security deposit. All tenants must pay by the 1st of every month. We would like a two-year minimum lease agreement and after we can renew to a month-to-month lease. The tenants must follow all of the HOA and neighborhood rules. Tenants MUST have rental insurance and proof of it during the application process. Tenants must upkeep the home as it was shown and given to the tenant during the renting process. The landlord will intervene when such things must be replaced after tenants have tried all possible ways to fix the issue. ( All of this will be listed on the hard copy of the lease contract/application for the tenant.)
