The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The yard is fully fenced and well behaved pets are welcome. The house is available from October 15, 2026 to May 1, 2027. This is a full term lease but move in and out dates are slightly flexible. I ask that you have the house cleaned by our cleaners at least once a month ay $150 per cleaning. Once I know how many cleanings are desired in a month the fee will be added to the monthly rent.
