Leasing Information: Application fee: $50 nonrefundable per adult living in the apartment. Holding deposit is $210 ($200 is refundable on move in and is applied towards your move in costs) move in. Deposit: $500 on approved credit. Utilities are Flat Rate of $100 which covers water, sewer, solid waste, gas, electricity, and trash. All utilities will be on your portal. On-site Parking: None Application Requirements: 650 minimum credit score Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount.
