Other months are available for monthly rental at varying rates, depending on the month, and weekly rentals are available year round. The monthly rent listed does not include a $200 cleaning fee and $150 linen fee (which you may decline if you want to bring your own linens). Please note that this is a quiet, family neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, motorcycles and group or house parties are NOT allowed. We do not rent to student groups. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must accompany guests under the age of 25. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Lastly, although we love animals, we have a family member with severe dog and cat allergies, and so pets are not allowed.
