List your homeTenant in place paying $600 a month. Sewer line failed smoke test… $3000 estimate to replace. Electrical wiring could use upgrades. Needs paint. Other minor issues, but the place is easy to rent & always rented. Fix it up while getting an income, or use it as your own. Tenants are easy to evict. I have too many properties, and others are also for sale.
