Garage parking is included behind electronic gate, with gym, pools, business center, and many other amenities in the community. Studio apartment with a new kitchen and separate private bathroom. Large closet space with washer/dryer on the patio. You are allowed up to 2 pets (cat/dog) for free. My service animal waiver will still be in the lease, so no breed restrictions, pet rent, or other fees related to pets would be applied. Very nice, quiet community close to plenty of restaurants and downtown San Jose. I am looking for someone to take over my lease, for I would like to move closer to my job. Please reach out for more info and a tour. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Other fees for trash removal are added to the lease portal by Elan River Oaks monthly (around $40). Renter is responsible for wifi in unit; however, the business center has free wifi. Proof is renter's insurance is required as well.
