THIS LISTING IS FOR A SINGLE BEDROOM IN A SHARED HOUSE. Room Available in 2BR Capitol Hill Row House $1500/month I'm looking for a new housemate to move into a bedroom in a Capitol Hill row house. The room comes with a private bathroom and is unfurnished. It also has its own keyed lock for privacy. Rent is $1500/month (plus a one-month security deposit), and utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi) average about $175/month. The house is fully furnished and also includes a washer and dryer. The room is available for move-in in January 2027. The house is in a super convenient location, just two blocks from the Union Station Metro, and there's plenty of street parking available for those with cars. A Giant supermarket is two blocks away, as well as Whole Foods four blocks away. It's a great, updated house with unbeatable rent for the area. Please send me a message or leave a comment if you're interested, and we can arrange a time for you to visit and explore the space. 12 month lease. Application fee for credit check. Unit has own electric meter, which you'll split with the roommate. No smoking, no pets, and no subletting via Airbnb or other services.
