I am looking to move out of my 2 bedroom apartment before March. If you can move in by February 9th I can cover the $755 deposit. The rent for the apartment is $755 a month with a utility package of $35 a month that doesn't include electric but does include internet. The apartment is just south of Finkbine golf course. It is not furnished and the unit is on the third (top) floor. There is a bus stop just outside where you can take the bus to downtown Iowa City.
