    Funky functional house that is an easy walk to town square (Whole Foods, Safeway, RiteAid, Cinema, The Barlow, many restaurants, etc.), the public library, Park Side Elementary (K-4), Ives Park (with the pool and concerts), and in the other direction Brook Haven Middle School (5-8). Also an easy walk to Analy High School for older kids. Before COVID hit, kids walked to school around here (and will again in the future) Was originally two bedrooms, is now one rear bedroom and bathroom with the smaller front bedroom turned into an office with a 2nd bathroom, natural gas floor standing heater, and staircase that goes up to the fully carpeted attic that could easily sleep several kids with a large open central area in the middle. The center section of the attic has a 5 foot 10 inch clearance. If we could list it as 2.5 bedrooms instead of 2, that might be more accurate. It's certainly larger than 2 bedrooms. Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. Laundry with washer and dryer is accessed via the rear bedroom. All utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash) are included in the rent. A portion of the rear yard is fenced for exclusive use by the house and although the fenced yard is not large, the previous tenants had a large dog and a cat. If you want to add more secure fencing for a dog that is an escape artist, we can discuss your options. Cats are OK too. In the fenced area there is a trellis with grape vines on it. To the right rear of the house next to the garage (use by the owner, not included in the rental of the house) is a tank house that has been rented to another tenant as an accessory dwelling unit. At the rear of the property beyond the fence is a garden that the owner is cultivating. Off street parking supports 3 regular sized vehicles; 2 for this house, one for the tenant in the tank house. On street parking is always available. One year lease. Month to month after that.
